In my own kitchen I've been thinking about going with the gold/bronze coloured faucet instead of the standard chrome finish. In my kitchen above you can see the faucet I have now. I have the hardware in the kitchen in an antique brass finish and I like the warm metal finish with all the white in the space. I think the new finish on the faucet will tie in nicely with this finish on the hardware. Here is a kitchen I saw by Amber Interiors that really inspired me. I believe the faucet shown here was gold plated, so they took a regular faucet and had it dipped in the gold metal to transform it. This before and after shows the overall look.
This is the Delta faucet in champagne bronze, and this is the one I'm thinking of trying.
